interfacing with websites from software program? I want to write a software program in Visual Studio that can automatically fill in forms on web pages on the internet. Like auction management software does, except the website does not have an API. What methods do people use for doing this?

What software is out there for creating your own auction template? I have limited HTML knowledge and I was to learn how to create my own auction templates, or at least find pre-made templates that I can play with. I have my own designs in mind and I want to use them for templates. For example, if I have a picture I would like to use as a backgrouund for an auction template, how would I do that? There is so much confusing software and pre-made templates for sale on the internet, I want to weed out the useful stuff. Also, the software would need to be compatible with my computer, which has an Windows XP 64 OS.

I have pre- designed a ebay auction page using software "Web Page Maker", how do i apply it to my ebay auction I have been using a software called: "Web page maker" to create my Ebay auction designs. However whenever i would try to apply the software provided HTML code to the Ebay HTML section errors would arise. So i figured out i would have to publish my design on the internet to have my images load on my ebay auction. So i published my created page on my geocities.com account and tried to use the HTML code from my published web page and apply it to my Ebay HTML, but i would still get error messages or the results would come out scrambled, overlapping the pre-existing ebay page. is the a way to simply refer my whole geocities.com created auction page to my ebay auction section? is there anyone fluent in the complex language of HTML Code?

How do you create a color border around a photo? I want to apply a red border around my photos. I have Photoshop Elements and I have tried everything & nothing works!
